We do not have to stress the beauty of Barbados, with its crystal clear waters, miles of white sandy beaches and its colourful towns. An island famous for the friendliness of its English speaking inhabitants, Barbados always remains close to the hearts of its many visitors.

Barbados is a coral island, born of the sea, and boasts over 3000 hours of sunshine every year with temperatures averaging an enviable 27C (89F). With trade winds blowing north-easterly, the weather, whilst always bright and sunny, is not unbearably hot!

Dining is an absolute pleasure in Barbados with all tastes and budgets being accounted for! From the many award winning restaurants to the countless cafes and bars you can feast on wonderful traditional recipes as well as dishes from around the world.

Shopping is a delight in the capital, Bridgetown, with its large department stores and tax-free shops! Plus some of the smaller towns offer handicraft and gift shops.

Barbados boasts a wide range of recreational activities, with the most popular being golf; sailing, snorkelling, diving, fishing, waterskiing and, of course, basking on the luxurious beaches!
